Day-Ting Child Safety Standards
1. Purpose and scope
Day-Ting is a dating and social communication service intended only for adults aged 18 or older. The adults-only restriction does not reduce our responsibility to prevent and respond to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
These standards apply to Day-Ting accounts, profiles, media, Talk posts, conversations, messages, support contacts, and attempts to use Day-Ting to facilitate harm outside the service. They supplement the Day-Ting Terms of Service.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Day-Ting prohibits:
- child sexual abuse and exploitation;
- grooming or sexual solicitation of a child;
- sextortion or sexual coercion involving a child;
- sexualization of a child;
- trafficking of a child for sexual exploitation;
- creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, distributing, selling, or directing others to child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- using links, coded language, contact details, or off-platform services to facilitate prohibited conduct or harm; and
- misrepresenting age to access or use Day-Ting contrary to its adults-only policy.
3. Reporting a child-safety concern
Users can report a profile, a Talk post, or a conversation message through Day-Ting's in-app reporting controls. A user may report and block an account in the same flow.

Do not email or otherwise redistribute suspected CSAM, and do not create screenshots or copies of it for reporting. Whenever possible, use the in-app reporting controls to identify the relevant account or content without reproducing the material.
If a child or another person faces immediate physical danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority first.
4. Day-Ting response
When Day-Ting obtains actual knowledge of a child-safety concern, it may restrict or remove access to content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve limited evidence where authorized and necessary, and cooperate with relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Actions depend on the facts, immediate safety needs, available technical controls, and applicable law.
5. Legal compliance and confirmed CSAM
Day-Ting intends to comply with applicable child-safety laws and maintains a process for determining when confirmed CSAM or related conduct must be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or another relevant regional authority. Reporting authority, threshold, retention, and disclosure scope depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
6. Governance and updates
Day-Ting may update these standards as its service, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The current version will remain available at this public address without requiring sign-in.

1. 목적과 적용 범위
Day-Ting은 만 18세 이상 성인을 위한 데이팅 및 소셜 커뮤니케이션 서비스입니다. 성인 전용이라는 제한은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)를 예방하고 대응할 책임을 줄이지 않습니다.
이 기준은 Day-Ting 계정, 프로필, 미디어, Talk 게시물, 대화, 메시지, 고객지원 문의 및 Day-Ting을 이용해 서비스 밖의 위해를 유도하려는 행위에 적용됩니다. 이 기준은 Day-Ting 이용약관을 보완합니다.
2. CSAE 및 CSAM 무관용 원칙
Day-Ting은 다음 행위를 금지합니다.
- 아동 성적 학대 및 착취
- 아동을 대상으로 한 그루밍 또는 성적 접촉 유도
- 아동이 관련된 성적 협박·강요(sextortion)
- 아동의 성적 대상화
- 성착취 목적의 아동 인신매매
- 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM)을 생성·업로드·요청·공유·배포·판매하거나 다른 사람을 해당 자료로 유도하는 행위
- 링크, 은어, 연락처 또는 외부 서비스를 사용해 금지 행위나 서비스 밖의 위해를 돕는 행위
- Day-Ting의 성인 전용 정책을 위반하기 위해 나이를 허위로 표시하는 행위
3. 아동 안전 우려 신고
사용자는 Day-Ting 앱의 신고 기능을 이용해 프로필, Talk 게시물 또는 대화 메시지를 신고할 수 있습니다. 같은 흐름에서 신고와 차단을 함께 할 수도 있습니다.

의심되는 CSAM을 이메일 등으로 다시 전송하지 말고, 신고를 위해 스크린샷이나 복사본을 만들지 마세요. 가능하면 자료를 복제하지 않고 앱 내 신고 기능으로 관련 계정이나 콘텐츠를 식별하세요.
아동 또는 다른 사람이 즉각적인 신체 위험에 처해 있다면 먼저 해당 지역의 긴급기관이나 수사기관에 연락하세요.
4. Day-Ting의 대응
Day-Ting은 아동 안전 우려를 실제로 인지하면 콘텐츠 접근을 제한하거나 제거하고, 계정을 정지 또는 해지하며, 권한과 필요성이 인정되는 범위에서 제한적으로 증거를 보존하고, 적용 법률이 요구하는 경우 관련 기관에 협조할 수 있습니다. 조치는 사건 내용, 즉각적인 안전 필요, 사용 가능한 기술적 통제 및 적용 법률에 따라 달라집니다.
5. 법률 준수 및 확인된 CSAM
Day-Ting은 적용되는 아동 안전 법률을 준수하고, 확인된 CSAM 또는 관련 행위를 미국 실종·착취아동센터(NCMEC)나 적절한 지역 기관에 신고해야 하는 경우를 판단하기 위한 절차를 유지합니다. 신고 기관, 기준, 보존 및 정보 제공 범위는 적용 법률과 구체적인 상황에 따라 달라집니다.
6. 관리 및 변경
Day-Ting은 서비스, 적용 법률 또는 플랫폼 요구사항의 변화에 따라 이 기준을 변경할 수 있습니다. 현재 버전은 로그인 없이 이 공개 주소에서 계속 확인할 수 있습니다.
